NON CONTACT LENGTH MEASUREMENT OF COPPER WIRE
Non-contact length measurement of copper wire can be achieved using our Astech Germany Make VLM500 Sensor that do not physically touch the wire, which is useful for preserving the integrity of delicate or thin wires.
There are some methods that can be employed to get maximum possible accuracy. Our Sensor laser beam to directed to the surface of the copper wire. The laser reflects off the wire and returns to a sensor and Astech internal controller will convert it to length & Speed.
